Submission Guidelines
The official language is English and the format
of the electronic copy can be Postscript, Word, or PDF. Detailed formatting
instructions from IEEE can be found at: http://computer.org/cspress/instruct.htm.
Submissions are limited to 10 pages in the specified format. Only electronic
submissions will be accepted.
